1) What these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all mentoring services, by booking purchasing, or attending, you agree to these Terms., group programmes, workshops, digital products and related services provided by [Your Company] (“we/us/our”) to the client (“you/your”). 
2) Services

1:1 Mentoring: sessions delivered via [Zoom/phone/in-person] as agreed.

Group Programmes/Workshops: delivered on set dates/times.

Resources: workbooks, templates, recordings or other materials may be provided for your personal business use.

We reserve the right to update content, schedules and delivery methods where reasonably required.

3) Bookings & onboarding

Bookings are confirmed on full payment or first instalment (see #4).

We’ll send session links and any pre-work via email/WhatsApp.

You’re responsible for attending on time with a stable internet connection and any agreed prep completed.

4) Prices, payment & late fees

Prices are stated in GBP and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms: in full upfront or payment plan of as agreed on booking.

Late/missed payments: we may suspend access to sessions or resources until the account is brought up to date. 



5) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

1:1 Sessions

Reschedule window: Give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule without charge.

Late cancellation/no-show: sessions cancelled with less than 48 hour or missed are forfeited and non-refundable.

Programmes/Workshops

Your place is secured on payment. Because numbers are limited and materials are released in advance, fees are non-refundable once access is granted or the programme has started.

If we need to change a date/time for operational reasons, we’ll offer a reasonable alternative.

Digital Products

Instant-access digital items are non-refundable once the download/access link has been issued.

6) Results & responsibilities

We provide mentoring, training and guidance; you are responsible for implementation, decisions and outcomes in your business. We do not guarantee any particular financial or commercial result.

7) Your conduct

Be respectful in sessions and group spaces. We may remove access (without refund) for abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour.

8) Intellectual property

All materials (documents, videos, frameworks, templates) are our intellectual property. We grant you a non-transferable licence for your own salon/business use only. You must not share, sell, reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

9) Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential. We may anonymise and aggregate data (e.g., typical results, case studies) for training and marketing, without identifying you.

10) Testimonials & marketing consent

If you provide a testimonial, review, photo or tag us on social media, you grant us permission to use it (with your first name and business name) in our marketing. Tell us in writing if you don’t want this.

11) Session recordings

We may record online sessions for quality/training and to provide replays. Recordings are for your personal use and must not be shared. Tell us in advance if you object to recording.

12) Data protection

We will process your personal data lawfully and fairly. We use secure systems to store contact details, notes and recordings. For full details, see our Privacy Notice at  To exercise your data rights, email hello@thesalonownermentor.co.uk

13) Liability

We’re not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (including lost profits, revenue or opportunities). Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the services or materials, or your breach of these Terms.

15) Force majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, illness, strikes, extreme weather). We’ll rearrange affected sessions where possible.

16) Termination

Either party may terminate 1:1 mentoring on 14 days’ notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms. Clauses on IP, confidentiality and payment survive termination.

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that purchase. We’ll notify active clients of material changes.
